Well, the image says it all. This kind of rubbers were a disaster to begin with. I remember using them at school and end up scarring my page permanently. Some of you may remember that a dab of saliva on the rubber would work wonders sometimes.

Amul Butter Commercial from the late 80's is here to entertain you once again. Does it bring back memories of this advertisement that used to be aired on Doordarshan? I remember watching this advertisement during Sunday morning TV in between programs aired for kids like 'The Jungle Book' & 'Fraggle Rock'. The Amul Butter Ad was a fun advertisement with its unique & repetitive jingle.

You probably had a land line Telephone or your neighbours had one that you could use to mainly receive calls from relatives and friends. The only way to prevent outsiders to make calls was to either hide the phone which was very impractical or use a keypad lock such as this one. The key to the lock used to be hidden right under the telephone itself in most households. Do you remember seeing a lock like this one?
